Terms & Conditions

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Contactless check-in may be available.
Check-out: 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Late Check-out/Early Check-in: Subject to availability; additional fees may apply.
Minimum Age for Check-in: 18 years.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment: Cash accepted; card payments incur a 3% surcharge (Visa, Mastercard, Amex).
Cancellation Fees:
- 40–15 days prior: 20%
- 14–8 days prior: 25%
- 7–2 days prior: 50%
- Less than 24 hours / No Show: 100%
Percentages are calculated from the total booking value.
Deposit: 30% after reservation; full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Child Policy

Children under 3 years: Free of charge.
Children 3–10 years: $35 Extra Bed (non-commissionable).
Children over 10 years: Charged at adult rate (commissionable).

Room Cleaning & Housekeeping Policy

Rooms are serviced daily between 08:00 – 14:00.
Fresh towels are provided every second day, or on request.
Bed linen is changed every 3 days for long stays.
Guests may request additional cleaning or fresh linen at an extra charge.
Please inform reception if you do not wish to be disturbed (use “Do Not Disturb” sign).
